How SeySearch handles information provided through this website and its private beta waitlist.
Who is responsible
SeySearch is a product project led by Hichem. For questions about your registration or personal data, contact seysearch@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When registration is enabled, we collect your first and last name, work email, company, professional profile and preferred language to manage your beta request and select relevant test profiles. Your website is optional. We also record the page language, original campaign parameters, referring website, landing page, time and consent version to understand acquisition and document your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Legal basis and your choices
You can withdraw your consent or request deletion of your registration by emailing seysearch@gmail.com.
Service providers and transfers
Authorised SeySearch staff manage the waitlist. Registrations are stored in the secure Cloudflare database used by this site. Google Sheets synchronisation and automatic confirmation emails are not active. Hosting providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Waitlist data is not sold.
Retention
Registration data is kept for the beta programme for up to 12 months, unless a separate product relationship applies. Requests for deletion apply to the site database. Temporary abuse-prevention identifiers expire after approximately 11 minutes and are cleared during subsequent requests.
Cookies and measurement
The language preference cookie lasts up to one year. Session storage retains the first landing page and campaign details for your current browsing session. These support your chosen language and registration request. If analytics are configured, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads only after you accept optional analytics. You can revisit your choice from the footer. Do not place personal information in campaign URLs.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object where the legal basis allows. Contact seysearch@gmail.com to exercise your rights. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority; in France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr). No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated processing on this waitlist.
